Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
* Supervise site managers, subcontractors, and construction teams
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
* Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or issues
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in project management software
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with residential and commercial projects in Australia
* Knowledge of local Adelaide building regulations
* Strong network of subcontractors and suppliers
