Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients, visitors, and phone inquiries with professionalism.
* Maintain a welcoming reception area that reflects our commitment to excellent service.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, letter preparation, and presentations.
* Process payments, manage accounts, and facilitate corresponding correspondence.
* Identify service requirements with sensitivity towards client grief, beliefs, traditions, and rituals.
About You:
* Previous experience in a customer-focused organization is highly valued.
* Proficiency in keyboard/computing and telephone operating skills is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, are required.
* Emotional intelligence and empathy are crucial when interacting with grieving individuals and their families.
