About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, and providing meaningful business insights across multiple entities.
In this Role
* Coordinate and execute end-to-end month-end close processes across multiple business units (Pronto & Xero)
* Execute monthly system rollover processes (Pronto)
* Prepare and review P&L statements
* Prepare journal entries and P&L analysis
* Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and prepare balance sheet analysis
* Complete daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple platforms
* Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled and discrepancies resolved
* Assist with group reporting requirements
* Assist with external audit requirements
* Undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by management within the scope of your skills, training, and experience.
What are we looking for?
* Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CA/CPA qualified (preferred) or working towards
* Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
* Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Experience with ERP systems (Pronto and Xero experience highly regarded)
* Strong Excel skills and financial analysis capability
