Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 in our Aged Care Assessment Team, you will play a vital role in enriching health outcomes and developing your career as part of the largest healthcare organisation in Australia.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating professional leadership, acting as a change agent, and practicing autonomously within a multidisciplinary team environment.
You will assist in providing supervision and support to less experienced assessors, maintain professional accountability, and develop skills in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia's Standards of Practice.

The CNS 2 will undertake comprehensive assessments, referrals, and support for patients/clients/carer regarding services that require access to Australian Government funded aged care services, placement, or alternate community aged care packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Aged Care Check
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
