Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to our Community Aged Care Teams in the Mid North Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, directing enquiries, and establishing telephone contact on behalf of relevant parties.
* Assist with project work under supervision, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
* Support the induction of new staff members, including preparation and collation of paperwork as required.
* Manage stationery supplies and assist with ordering other materials.
* Handle mail delivery and messages for the team when necessary.
* Analyse data and produce reports for individual programs as required by the Care Partner/Community and Home Care Manager.
* Provide backup and assistance to the scheduling lead when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively as a team member and individually, and demonstrate high-level data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
