An exciting opportunity exists for an individual to take on the role of Marketing and Digital Media Assistant.
The position is based at our Head Office in Yatala, where you will work as part of a small team with a global impact.
As a Marketing and Digital Media Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service online and in person. You will also provide general administration support, delve into multiple brands, and understand their products.
You will have a strong sense of initiative and a desire to learn new platforms for the betterment of the business. A good understanding of social media platforms, including planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content via Hootsuite, monitoring results, and reporting is essential.
You will also be required to have experience with Meta Advertising and Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising on a national and localised scale. Additionally, you will need to have a base understanding of Adobe Suite applications, such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and ability to edit and enhance images and video for social media.
You will use Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms, including automation management. Marketing principles with tertiary level qualifications are also preferred.
A high attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of WordPress platform is advantageous.
This is a full-time position, working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
