We're searching for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Miranda Boutique in Sydney. Born 14 years ago on the beaches of Bondi, CAMILLA has grown into an international luxury retailer that is taking the world by storm. Our Assistant Boutique Manager will be required to: Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers Have an extensive product knowledge and must be able to act as the storyteller of CAMILLA Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values Assist the Boutique Manager in the day to day management of the boutique Meet KPI's and coach others to achieve theirs Take responsibility for the Boutiques Visual Merchandising and sensory experience Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers Ensure that the Boutique and it's angels are in line with the CAMILLA standards Who we are searching for: A confident and bright retailer with previous retail management experience (2-3 years minimum) An individual who understands customer service and can tailor in-store experiences to each customer Someone who relishes in the beautiful surroundings of the boutique and wants to maintain this to the highest standard An empathetic and kind leader A retail thoroughbred, with proven experience and success in sales and KPI's A presentable and passionate angel who is a brand ambassador Perks of working with CAMILLA!
