- A genuine appreciation and commitment to their sport and its promotion and growth in an all-girls learning environment. Deliver and promote player development pathways, utilising player reports each term. An awareness of physical testing and how it can be used to design training programs for both groups and individuals. The ability to maintain the high standards of the Robina State High School Sports Academy and encourage students to develop a love of sport, both at a competitive and participatory level. An ability to develop a sense of respect for themselves through participation in sport. An experienced classroom practitioner with a commitment that focuses upon sporting and academic excellence and wellbeing. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with advanced technology skills. Experience in student event and function management. A confident administrator proficient at data collection and excellent time management. An ability to demonstrate a sporting and educational vision. A commitment to ongoing professional development and personal growth. A commitment towards working with community stakeholders (local primary schools, clubs and associations) with a focus on recruitment. A solid sense of support of students' wellbeing and engagement in their sporting and educational goals.
