What's the role
We're seeking an experienced Cash Services Manager to lead and manage key relationships across the cash services industry, including cash-in-transit (CIT) partners, suppliers, and industry bodies.
You'll play a critical, strategic role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and commercial outcomes across our cash services portfolio.
The role
Manage and strengthen relationships with industry partners and suppliers, (e.g., CIT providers).
Oversee contract management, compliance, and risk for all partner agreements.
Lead regular meetings with partners to review and manage SLA performance, resolve issues, and deliver key outcomes for the business.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring all SLAs and regulatory requirements are met.
Participate in negotiations and reviews of commercial terms to ensure equitable and transparent pricing.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, procurement, product, finance, legal) to manage and deliver seamless end-to-end service.
Support knowledge transfer and succession planning within the team.
What do I need?
More specifically, we are looking for:
Proven experience in partner or relationship management, ideally within financial services, logistics, or regulated industries.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on strategic objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading or mentoring teams is highly regarded.
Knowledge of APRA Standard CPS230 is highly regarded.
Strategic leadership capability with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.
