Client Solutions Director Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our efforts in winning new business and enhancing our market presence.
About the Role:
* Directly undertake strategic and tactical business development activity across the Talent Solutions Business.
* Develop client strategy; identify, target and convert new clients, and analyse market trends for sales opportunities.
* Drive the sales journey with creativity and innovation, proactively unlocking new business and client growth opportunities.
* Propose solutions for new business needs, update clients on market changes, and build sustainable relationships.
* Exceed client expectations, meet KPIs, and manage client satisfaction.
About You:
* You have 10+ years' sales experience within the Consulting, Talent Solutions, Recruitment and/or Staffing industry.
* You possess effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* You have an energetic disposition with a natural affinity for people, and developing solid relationships.
* You have a high degree of awareness in a commercial environment with the capability to seek out and capitalise on sales opportunities.
* You can listen to clients' needs, provide solutions and execute service-orientated strategies.
