Role Overview
Location: Guildford, WA, AU
Reporting into the Workshop Supervisor, the Plant Mechanic will join our Large Engines department on a Full‑time basis at our South Guildford location. This role involves assisting in the rebuilding and repair of large engines, including disassembly, inspection, and assembly of engine components to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, and assemble engine components with precision and care.
- Work in a collaborative, team setting with a strong focus on safety.
- Maintain a healthy work‑life balance while gaining experience with a reputable brand.
Skills & Experience
- Australian‑recognised Trade Certificate.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of service reporting and service literature.
- Heavy‑equipment product knowledge, including component change‑out and overhaul experience (desired).

- Experience in completing rebuilds and overhauls on Caterpillar and non‑Caterpillar heavy earth‑moving equipment.
