This is a growing service and it is anticipated that in the next few years it may become full-time. It would be highly desirable for the successful applicant to be willing to increase in time when that occurs.
Please note that a new classification level may be applied to this site during the advertised tenure. Where this new classification level results in a remuneration level that is higher than that advertised, the new remuneration level will apply. Where the new classification level results in a remuneration level that is lower than the advertised remuneration, the remuneration associated with the advertised classification level under the SA School and Preschool Education Staff Enterprise Agreement 2024 will apply.
The successful applicant will be able to negotiate a reduction in the advertised tenure following their appointment, if required.
Programs at this site attract additional resourcing which may impact on the FTE of the Director. Part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
