We are looking for an Admin Assistant for our stone benchtop factory in Burleigh.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Answering & transferring of incoming calls.
* Ensuring all orders are supplied as per Customer requirements.
* Ordering, dealing with stock.
* Liaising with customers & suppliers.
* Computer based Quoting/Estimating of jobs & variations.
* Preparing accurate job files for our factory (residential & commercial).
* Assisting with large commercial projects (creating files, spreadsheets etc).
About You
You will have great customer service skills and a strong ability to address issues and fix things as they arise. You will have clear communication skills & the ability to work within a team.
To be considered for this role you must have the following proven key attributes:
* Previous experience in a building trade (glass/ joinery) or in the Stone Industry is a huge advantage.
* Previous estimating would be preferable or the ability to read plans.
* Strong computer systems skills and a can-do attitude.
* Great communication and relationship skills.
* High safety awareness and a team player.
Hours are 7am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday & 7am to 12noon Friday.
**Please note this is a casual Maternity Leave position up 12 months.
