TR Group specialises in the rental, lease, and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles. We focus on optimising fleet performance and helping our customers operate as safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively as possible.
We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our friendly Finance team, someone who is passionate about creating a win/win solution for our customers and our business, that takes the time and effort to understand our customers and how we can best work together for mutual benefit.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing customer payments, helping them stay on top of their accounts while ensuring our cash flow stays strong.
What You'll Be Doing
* Reconciling accounts, sending invoices & statements, updating creditor watch and ensuring our credit records are accurate.
* Processing payments, handling direct debits, and assisting with end-of-month invoicing.
* Credit checking new customers and keeping our database accurate.
* Assisting with weekly debtors reporting and improving finance processes.
* Working closely with customers to resolve payment queries and keep their accounts up to date.
* Managing the debtors' ledger and following up on overdue accounts with a friendly but sometimes firm approach.
* Providing excellent customer service—answering queries and making sure customers feel supported.
What We're Looking For

* Comfortable using Excel, Word, and finance systems.
