OverviewWe have an exciting position available for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Pest Control division in Perth.
If you have outstanding people and communication skills and a high level of drive and motivation, we'd love to hear from you.In this role, you will manage an assigned customer base across the Pest Control division.
This position is responsible for a portfolio across the Metro and South West regions of WA, which will require regional travel and overnight stays twice per month.
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention, and revenue targets while building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.
You will conduct regular client business reviews and work closely with the operations team to ensure services are carried out to the customer's satisfaction.In this role, you will be responsible for:Manage a selected client base and analyse their needs to increase salesConduct site audits to ensure everything is operating as expected on-siteDevelop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers within major accountsDevelop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost optionsFacilitate the resolution of operational and accounts issues by actively resolving first-line queries and escalating where requiredDocument all customer contact information into company systems and applicationsMonitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customersIdentify new business opportunitiesThe ideal candidate must possess:Previous experience in a similar roleStrong customer service skillsAbility to balance required field activity whilst managing speedy client response timelinesStrong selling and negotiating skillsVersatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask in a rapid-paced environmentIntermediate Microsoft Office skills and Google, i.e. Sheets, SlidesGood attention to detailThe successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team that are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results.So are you ready to join our team?
