I am looking for UK/Irish/NZ/Malaysian trained GPs to join a great team in Deception Bay. They are committed to providing high-quality and accessible healthcare services to their local community and are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
* Prescribe medications and provide ongoing management of chronic conditions
* Perform minor surgical procedures and provide emergency care when necessary
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing them with compassionate and patient-centered care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients
* Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or ability to gain this
* MM1 and DPA status eligible for expedited pathway and RACGP PEP specialist (substantial) applicants
* Minimum of 2 years experience working as a General Practitioner
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
* Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development activities
