Program Facilitator – Children's Services
Location: BURNIE
Part Time x 1 (15 hours per week)
Part Time x 1 (20 hours per week)
City Mission is seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Program Facilitators to deliver our children's programs across North-West Tasmania.
This role involves delivering evidence-informed programs in primary schools and community settings, focusing on emotional literacy, wellbeing, and resilience. You will support children's individual needs, build strong relationships with schools and community partners, and contribute to program promotion and continuous improvement.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
* Certificate IV (or higher) in education, childcare, social work or related field, or willingness to obtain.
* Demonstrated ability in supporting the emotional and wellbeing needs of children.
* Demonstrated ability in digital literacy.
* Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to comply with policy and procedures.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive professional relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders.
* Current valid Driver's Licence.
* National Police Check is required for all roles at LCM.
* Registration to Work with Vulnerable People is required for all roles at LCM.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Relevant experience facilitating groups.
* Experience developing or adapting program resources.
* Understanding of child development and emotional literacy approaches.
* Experience or demonstrated capacity to work in an organisation adopting a Christian ethos.
