Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout The RoleThe Electrical Superintendent is a critical leader at Electrik Pros responsible for providing direction to the on-site team to complete the project on time while maintaining the highest standards for quality, safety and customer satisfaction. The Electrical Superintendent is directly responsible for the successful management and completion of our new construction projects throughout Florida.What You'll DoManage, evaluate and train field project team members.Provide remote supervision to technicians on site.Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.Adhere to Electrik Pros’ standards of quality, safety and best practices.What You'll NeedAt least 10 years of electrical field supervisor experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar electrical construction projectsMust be comfortable with deescalating and speaking with customers directlylMust be comfortable providing supervision to technicians remotely, whether it be over the phone or virtual meetings.Must have journeyman or master electrician licenseExtensive knowledge of 2017 NECValid driver's licenseStrong English verbal and written communication skillsStrong Spanish verbal and written communication skills.Project management experienceExtensive experience using microsoft office and/or g-suiteWorking With UsPaid time offCompany-paid medical, dental, and vision insuranceProfessional development assistanceReferral bonus programMonday to FridayWho We Are at ErnestErnest is the modern construction company reinventing the $1 trillion dollar annual commercial service and construction industries.
