Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for the co-ordination and provision of high quality catering services within the Catering Department
* Accountable for the co-ordination and provision of high quality cleaning services within the Housekeeping Department
* Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements.
* Accountable for completing duties as delegated.
* Daily duties as per job routine
* Completion of daily check lists if applicable.
* Respond to routine correspondence as directed and undertake special projects and tasks as required.
* Ensure effective communication is made between staff members, and memos are read and signed

* Has completed Secondary School
* Ability to work unsupervised to complete duties as required
* Reliable, mature and self-motivated
* Orientated to be multi-skilled
* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly disposition
* Demonstrate a service philosophy consistent with the principles of the hospital's corporate philosophy and direction.
* Commitment to a high standard of service. Knowledge and understanding of customer service in healthcare
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
