Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Credit Control Specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading the overall collection of premium debtors for Australia and New Zealand, requiring strong leadership skills and expertise in managing accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable Team, ensuring efficient credit control processes
* Recruit, motivate, and retain high-performing team members
* Develop and implement strategies to foster commitment to achieving specific goals and objectives
* Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and operations teams
* Collaborate with brokers to ensure timely and accurate premium settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a manager in general insurance, 5-6 years of relevant work experience, and a degree qualification (advantageous but not required). Essential skills include strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
