Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administration Manager to lead our administrative functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and possess great time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the smooth operation of administrative functions including office management, creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting.
* Manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Co-ordinate travel arrangements, meetings and events as required.
* Prepare and distribute reports as necessary.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience in team leadership and administrative management.
* Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word.
* Results-driven with a positive attitude and a 'can do' approach.
