Commercial Account Management Specialist Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, using strong negotiation and customer service skills to recover outstanding debts and maintain professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate payment of overdue accounts and arrange suitable payment plans for clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships
* Drive the process of debt recovery, including drafting documents and enforcing judgments
* Manage a range of matters, including litigation, correspondence, and database searches
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and case updates
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced account manager with a background in debt recovery and familiarity with legal procedures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in collections or a legal environment is highly desirable.
