Leading Hand Pump Technician

Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting workshop staff in the testing and repair of submersible pumps
* Coordinating day-to-day workflow, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely completion of jobs
* Loading and unloading pumps, parts and stock on/off couriers
* Completing delivery dockets and relevant documentation
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
* Conducting deliveries and travelling to various sites, including underground locations
* Promoting and maintaining a strong safety-first culture across the team
Qualifications
* Have proven experience in a similar role or the ability to step into a Leading Hand position
* Possess a strong practical understanding of hand tools and mechanical processes
* Be a motivated self-starter with the ability to lead by example
* Demonstrate reliability, honesty and pride in your work
* Hold a current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
* Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Show a commitment to a ZERO harm safety culture
Desirable qualifications
* MR or HR class driver's licence
* Mechanical trade or sound level of mechanical aptitude
* LVR/CPR certification
