Residential Services Assistant Role
This position involves working in a team environment to provide high-quality housekeeping services that prioritize infection control and resident safety.
The Residential Services Assistant is responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor spaces, administration offices, and dining halls. Additionally, they will provide laundry services to meet residents' daily needs.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and facilities according to agreed procedures and safety protocols.
* Provide laundry services to residents, ensuring their daily needs are met.
* Work closely with the Facility Manager and Hotel Services Team Leader to ensure quality housekeeping services are delivered.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in cleaning and housekeeping required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy when interacting with residents.
* Ability to start shifts on time and follow daily activities positively.
* Adopt a safety-first approach to tasks and support colleagues at all times.
