Facilities Manager Opportunity
This position offers casual employment with variable hours based on business requirements. As a large, dynamic organization with diverse operations, we provide ongoing opportunities across multiple projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Special projects and Client Account Team relief
* Inspections, maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.
* Manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in Excel and Word, experience with FM software platforms is preferred
