AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Construction Equipment. We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a solid dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist for our Head Office in Ingleburn.
This role requires someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and internally within our team.
Responsibilities
* Being a warm and positive first point of contact
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails relating to customers and staff enquiries for all departments
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Assist with coordination of off site events - coordinating logistics and preparing materials for agricultural shows and exhibitions, etc
* Assist department heads with administration requests - ordering of stock, database information, etc
* Assist with general administration duties as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Solid attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a rapid‐paced environment
* Excellent phone manner
Experience in a dealership, machinery or equipment branch is highly advantageous but not essential.
This is a full‐time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
