Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales / Warehouse Assistant for a full‐time on‐site role based in Brisbane, QLD. This position involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer support. The role also includes managing warehouse activities such as inventory control, packing, and forklift operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely order dispatches. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining an organized warehouse environment while supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Packing and Inventory Control for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse
* Experience in Inventory Management to track and replenish stock effectively
* Certified competency in Forklift Operation with a valid license
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist clients and meet their needs
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use inventory management systems
* Previous experience in sales or warehouse operations is a plus
