The role reports directly to the Care Manager and involves supervising and assisting other care employees.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in Aged Care, who is AHPRA registered and proficient in computer skills, particularly in iCare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care that prioritizes the dignity and wellbeing of residents
* Supervise and mentor other care employees to ensure seamless care delivery
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with the care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care plans
* Provide complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, condition assessments, and referrals as needed
* Accurately document patient information and observations on the iCare system
* Evaluate and update care plans to address changing resident needs and priorities
