About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our dedicated team at Pacific Automation in Jandakot, WA. Working closely with our CEO and leadership team you will be responsible for providing effective and reliable administrative support to our dynamic organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our national operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executive assistance to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Managing the recruitment process, from screening to onboarding.
- Management of the Employment Hero platform for all HR including employee contracts, performance reviews and staff recognition program.
- Facilities management and maintenance of office equipment, stationery, staff amenities and communications.
- Booking company travel and accommodation.
- Reviewing and reconciling company credit card expenses.
- Planning and co-ordinating internal and external events.
Who we are looking for:
You will be an experienced administration professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Your proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated nature together with your friendly demeanour will be key success factors in this role.
Must-haves:
- Demonstrated office administration experience.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- High attention to detail.
- Enjoy being part of a team.
