**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of shared services activity for the business, including procures and resources to facilitate organisational efficiency. You will report into the operational manager and support the office reception. Your duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Management of the day-to-day administrative operations of the business
- Management of the day-to-day human resources requirements for the business, including recruitment administration, payroll coordination
- Liaise with external HR consultants, Employers, as required
- Development and implementation of policies, procedures and standard template documents; monitoring efficiency, effectiveness and adoption
- Updating of business systems to increase efficiency; coordinating internal projects from inception to close out, implementing of change management strategies to ensure smooth transition; providing staff training and ongoing support
- Management of general office and building maintenance requirements
- Review of expenditures & development of procedures relating to the business requirements; including identification of areas for business improvement and cost savings to maximise productivity and business performance
- Building and management of relevant supplier relationships
- Be a leader of great company culture
- Management of documentation and records.
- Commitment to EPT's HSEQ System including Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will have competencies and experience, similar to the following list:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven business/ office management skills including day to day operations, establishing office procedures and best practice
- Previous experience leading others
- Customer relationship management skills
- Broad systems experience and capability, developing and implementing business systems to suit the business needs; managing projects from inception to completion; training of staff and development of training manuals
- Strong critical thinking skills and solutions focused attitude
- Skilled in identifying, developing and implementing innovative continuous improvement projects to enhance and improve efficiencies and productivity of business
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality & discretion
- Honesty & integrity - beyond reproach
- Exceptional attention to detail - Well-developed time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised
