About the Role: The Advertising Specialist will lead the brand's creative strategy, marketing direction, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints. This role is responsible for shaping how Lúthri shows up in culture - through advertising campaigns, storytelling videos, social content, brand activations and market-informed creative strategy. The Advertising Specialist works closely with the Founder to plan and execute campaigns that build the brand, support sales objectives, deepen community engagement, and position Lúthri as a cultural force in the wellness, sport and lifestyle space. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, develop and manage advertising campaigns that support sales and brand objectives. Advise the Founder on advertising strategies to reach target audiences and effectively communicate product attributes. Coordinate full production cycles for campaigns — including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, content shoots, video production, and media placement — ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Lead creative concepting and execution for storytelling videos, short-form content, and brand narrative pieces. Analyse consumer behaviour, engagement data and market insights to inform creative decisions. Interpret and forecast cultural, lifestyle and consumer trends to guide brand direction. Conduct or commission market research to identify opportunities for new or evolving products, content strategies, or brand activations. Support overall business growth through the development and execution of marketing objectives, brand roadmaps and content calendars. Provide strategic recommendations across product mix, pricing, promotion, and distribution channels. Grow and manage Lúthri's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand tone and storytelling. Lead brand activations, partnerships and real-world experiences that strengthen Lúthri's cultural footprint. Manage contractors, creators, photographers, videographers and collaborators when required. Maintain the highest creative standards across all brand outputs, ensuring alignment with Lúthri's aesthetic and values. Skills Required Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand values into compelling campaigns. Advanced understanding of digital content production, including photography and video. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and audience growth strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyse consumer trends, data and behavioural insights. High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar. Ability to direct content shoots, lead creative teams, and manage production logistics. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with founders, creators, partners and community groups. Education and Previous Experience Required Preferred: Degree or diploma in Creative Direction, Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, Film, Creative Writing or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a creative, brand or marketing leadership role — ideally in lifestyle, fashion, wellness, sport or consumer products. Demonstrated experience conceptualising and producing high-impact campaigns and content. Working Arrangements Full-time hours: 38 per week Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AUD $80,000 per year superannuation performance-based bonuses equity (5% vested over 4 years).
