Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a knack for detail? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy a role with variety and breadth?

We're seeking a dedicated Contracts and Procurement Administrator to join our newly forming Operations & Procurement team at leading finacial services company.

This is a fantastic 12-month full-time contract opportunity, with consideration for a 4-day week for an exceptional candidate.

The Opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our newly forming Operations & Procurement team, working closely with our new Operations Manager to help embed the team and shape how we operate from the ground up. Your contribution will be essential to creating smooth processes, clear communication, and a strong team foundation.

We're looking for someone with experience in contract management or procurement support-someone who understands the workflows, can navigate systems with confidence, and thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment. Just as important are your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Administration Workflow: Manage the full contract administration workflow, including DocuSign processes, sharing copies, and uploading documents to our contract management system.
- Procurement Inbox Monitoring: Oversee the procurement inbox, ensuring efficient monitoring and e-filing of all related documents.
- SharePoint Maintenance: Provide general administrative support for Procurement and assist with establishing Operations on SharePoint.
- JIRA Workflow Management: Work within the JIRA workflow, following up on tasks and managing requests related to contracts and procurement.
- JIRA Backlog Management & Reporting: Manage the JIRA backlog and provide high-level reporting to the manager on procurement and contract-related tasks.
- Support with regular meetings: including documenting minutes and actions, and reporting where necessary.
- Assist with presentations: including drafting and fine-tuning slides for monthly meetings.

About You:

- A background in contract management or procurement assistance
- An excellent administrator with exceptional attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Proactive and independent.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- A quick learner when it comes to systems and technology.
