Career Opportunity
Leading an experienced team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre, you will oversee the operations of the centre, including the CHSP (Community Home Support Program) within the Darling Downs region. Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team, including business and workforce planning, to ensure effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing standards of care, legislative compliance, staffing, finances, and business operations.
Requirements for Success
* Minimum 3 years management experience in aged or community care
* Extensive knowledge of home care standards, understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support and Consumer Directed Care programs
* Proven track record in leading person-centred, quality, and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
* Ability to lead business and resource planning, delivering outcomes on time and within budget
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders
* High emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development
* Open Drivers Licence
* National Police Clearance
