Business Operations Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality administrative support to the organization.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
* Process Client Waste & Recycling Reports in a timely manner.
* Coordinate daily drivers runs for Integrated Services.
* Manage Mine Site waste contracts, ensuring purchase orders are invoiced correctly.
* Apply general clerical and data entry skills efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws.


Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong verbal communication.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* IT literacy.
* Administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
