Job Description
* Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting.
* Collaborate with all departments to provide financial insights and business recommendations.
* Support the leadership team with scenario modelling and ad-hoc requests.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
* Leadership of one financial analyst.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager will be able to demostrate:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
* Experience in SAP or other large scale ERPs.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting software.
* A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is highly regarded.
