Location: Lane Cove (Static Site), Data Center Hyperscale Operations.
Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off 12‐hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Start Date: Roles opening now to hire in April 2026.

Certificate III Air-conditioning & Refrigeration with active ARC license.

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role
* Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager.
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment).
* Previous data centre or mission‐critical facilities experience is preferred.
* Working knowledge of electrical systems for maintenance of HV & LV systems is required.
* Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms.
* Addressing on‐site air‐conditioning issues.
* Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.).
* Fault‐finding and executing repairs.
* Preparing timely and accurate reports.
* Ensuring work complies with industry regulations.
* Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders.
What You'll Need
* Valid ARC License.
* Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
* 3–5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration required.
* Valid OH&S cards – optional.
* Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous).
* Valid Driver's License.
* Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems – nice to have.
* Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance.
* White Card – optional but preferred.
