- We are currently seeking a full-time _**_Building Manager_**_ to join our team located in Melbourne at _**_Mantra Twin Towns_**
The role of **Building Manager **is a highly regarded senior management position in the Melbourne region. Reporting directly to General Manager and working closely with a large team, your focus will be on the caretaking responsibility of the residential scheme and upkeep of the building while building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
**Your week will consist of**:
- Undertaking the role and execute the responsibilities of building manager
- Building strong trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Supervising the Public Area team to maintain a high quality of work
- Report to the Residential Body Corporate Committee on all caretaking matters
- Attend and present at Body Corporate Committee Meetings
- Arrange works per the Committee's request

- Experience with strata and working with body corporates
