The Position
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a full-time, permanent Consultant Anaesthetist to join the largest hospital in Central Queensland—a rapidly expanding service with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and workforce growth.
As a senior member of the department, you will:
* Deliver comprehensive pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative anaesthetic care
* Provide input into HDU management and emergency responses
* Supervise and mentor Registrars, Provisional Fellows, PHOs, Junior House Officers and Interns within an accredited training department
* Participate in an expanding and increasingly complex caseload as Central Queensland’s healthcare needs continue to grow
