TheRole Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end delivery of large scale Class 2 apartment projects.
This role is perfect for someone with around 2+ years of experience who wants to grow their career on major high rise projects.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of project delivery from design through completion.
Support project planning, scheduling, budgets, procurement, and reporting.
liaise with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and programme deadlines are met.
Assist with contracts, purchase orders, variations, invoices, and cost tracking.
Help manage documentation, meeting minutes, registers, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Provide day to day support to the Project and Construction team to ensure successful project outcomes.
About You 2+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator role within construction.
Exposure to high rise residential (Class 2) projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project compliance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Driven, detail oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast paced project environment.
