About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join us in this critical role as the Clinical Skills Coordinator to the nursing workforce to work at the top of their scope of practice. As the Clinical Skills Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying, planning and facilitating clinical and professional education
* Provide clinical supervision and professional support to students, nurses, and other health professionals
* Mentor and role model best practice, clinical leadership, and a positive learning culture
* Support district-wide education and clinical policy development from a local perspective

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Postgraduate qualification in education (or working towards) and relevant clinical experience
* Passion and genuine interest in supporting and facilitating training and development of our workforce
* Ability and willingness to travel across our District
