Job Description
We are expanding our team in Alexandria and are looking to welcome a passionate and dedicated independent Registered Psychologist Contractor to make a positive impact in our community.
We seek Registered Psychologists in Penrith with experience working with NDIS participants.
In this role, you will:
* Manage a caseload of NDIS Participants across the lifespan and from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, completing therapeutic processes efficiently.
* Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to collaboratively set and achieve goals aligned with NDIS Plans.
* Deliver person-centred, tailored interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and stakeholder training.
* Monitor, interpret, report, and address signs of risk and acute distress during therapeutic interventions.
* Provide written reports to NDIS outlining progress and ongoing needs.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
* Current general registration with AHPRA.
* Experience working with NDIS participants.
* Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.
* Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Active ABN.
