About the Role
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the ANUM will:
* Provide leadership and day-to-day support to ensure efficient clinic operations
* Assist with coordination of patient care and clinical pathways across the plastic surgery unit
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and development of clinical efficiencies
* Report on unit KPIs and assist in maintaining high clinical and administrative standards
* Support patient flow, theatre bookings and communication between consulting specialists, nursing staff and administration
* Permanent part-time position (4 days per week)

WPRS is a leading multidisciplinary specialist group providing high-quality Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery across South West Victoria. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our Plastic Surgery team based in Warrnambool.
This position offers a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, supporting the private consulting practices of Dr Robert Toma, Dr John Masters, Dr Robert Capstick, Dr Adam Gascoigne and Dr Amro Amr.
Essential for the Role
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary environment. The ideal applicant will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience in a private practice or specialist clinic setting (essential)
* Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage workflow
* A focus on efficiency, accuracy and patient‑centred care
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
