Job Title: Research Officer
The Victorian Centre of Health Leadership for Children in Care is conducting a project to strengthen healthcare delivery for children living in out-of-home care.
Responsibilities:
* Support the design and implementation of evaluation and Quality Improvement (QI) activities, including ethics and governance approvals.
* Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
* Conduct audits and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) QI cycles within the clinical team.
* Contribute to the write-up of evaluations and QI activities for different stakeholders and audiences.
The successful candidate will join a small team working together to drive meaningful quality improvement and evaluation initiatives that enhance health outcomes for vulnerable children.
