Role Overview
As a key member of the team reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you'll shape our website's user experience. Working closely with cross‐functional teams—including design, product, engineering, and marketing—you will develop innovative solutions that foster engagement, satisfaction, and long‐term loyalty. Your leadership ensures our digital products deliver seamless, intuitive, and delightful experiences that resonate with customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage several projects autonomously with oversight from the Lead Product Designer.
* Work with other Product Designers and the Lead to create and implement a cohesive UX strategy for acquisition products.
* Assist the Lead to scope, plan, and provide estimates for projects.
* Use the digital strategy to deliver customer‐centric experiences through decision trees, UI flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with detailed documentation.
* Use data and exploratory research to understand customer and business drivers behind the products you design, delivering measurable outcomes.
* Manage stakeholders—including Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance representatives.
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure design assets and specifications fit requirements.
* Collaborate on and brief creative assets while working with the Brand team.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of UX and/or UI design experience in both startups and established organisations.
* Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present design clearly and persuasively.
* Confidence in cross‐functional stakeholder management and influencing.
* Strong problem‐solving, conceptual, and design skills to drive solutions across responsive web platforms.
* Ability to visualise solutions—flows, sketches, white‐board facilitation, wireframes, and prototyping.
* Strong UI design skills; ability to create high‐fidelity screens and prototypes in Figma with design systems, components, grids, styles, and typography.
* Experience with customer research, usability testing, behavioural or digital analytics to drive and enhance design optimisation.
* Experience successfully planning and managing UX project delivery within an agile framework to agreed timeframes and budgets.
