About the Role:
* Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Work collaboratively with your room leader and team
* Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Contribute to positive daily routines and experiences for children
* Build strong connections with children and families
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and implementation of high-quality learning programs
* Facilitate play-based learning aligned with children's interests and development
* Observe and document children's learning and progression
* Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive environment
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
Who are you?
* Passionate about early childhood education and care
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Hold a current Working with Children Check
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* Reliable, positive and eager to learn and grow
