Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at a premier aquatic centre. This role requires delivering exceptional service, educating the public on water safety, and fostering a dynamic environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
* Offering information on services, operational hours, and general inquiries accurately.
* Ensuring all bookings are logged correctly in the system.
* Responding promptly to inquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
* Preparing, selling, and serving food and beverages.
* Handling cash and operating EFTPOS machines securely.
* Managing emergency situations and handling difficult customers effectively.
Key Qualifications:
* Working with Children Check.
* Child Safe Environments Certificate.
* Provide First Aid (Desirable).
