We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Chilli.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys performance marketing, loves seeing campaigns improve over time, and wants to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where ideas are shared and wins are celebrated together.
You’ll be managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what we do and takes pride in delivering strong results for our clients.
About the Role
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, among other platforms.
* Research, implement and optimise SEM, social and display strategies to drive brand awareness, leads and conversions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support overarching digital strategies and improve performance across client portfolios.
Tracking, Analytics & Optimisation
* Implement campaign tracking through Google Tag Manager and ensure data integrity via GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, and other analytics platforms.
* Regularly analyse campaign performance, optimise in real-time, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
* Develop monthly reports with key learnings, data interpretation, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Work closely with creative, content and web teams to brief in campaign assets and landing pages.
* Contribute to team knowledge by sharing trends, innovations, and learnings that elevate the agency’s digital capabilities.
* Support team members with guidance on technical implementation, platforms and best practices.
SEO & CRO Support
* Assist in the execution of on-page, technical and off-page SEO tactics.
* Identify and implement conversion optimisation improvements based on user behaviour insights.
About You
You bring experience in paid media, but just as importantly, you’re someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
* Experience in managing diverse digital campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
* Google Ads and Meta certified (or willing to be).
* Proficient in campaign tracking (GA4, GTM), keyword research, pixel implementation and performance reporting.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills to work across teams and with clients.
