About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their flooring journey, helping them choose the perfect products to enhance their homes or businesses.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing top-tier customer service and expert advice on flooring solutions
* Assisting clients in-store and conducting off-site measurements and quotes
* Maintaining an inviting and visually appealing showroom
* Building and nurturing lasting customer relationships
* Learning and growing with ongoing training and industry support
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds! While experience in flooring or sales is a plus, we value transferable skills and a passion for customer service above all.
Ideal Qualities & Skills:
* Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
* A passion for interior design and helping customers bring their vision to life
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Strong computer and administration skills
* A proactive and friendly attitude with great communication skills

Work Schedule
Hours of work are as per the below:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Rotating Roster – one week on, one week off)
