We are seeking a motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive ongoing supervision and mentoring, and develop your career in a supportive environment.

About the Role:
* Manage a caseload of participants and deliver therapy programs tailored to individual goals
* Conduct functional capacity assessments (physical, psychological, and environmental)
* Provide evidence-based interventions that promote life skills, independence, and community participation
* Recommend and implement environmental adjustments, including assistive technology solutions
About you:
* Occupational Therapist (with eligibility for full AHPRA registration)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)
* Exceptional time management and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
* Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
