Senior Application Systems Engineer – NV1 Duration: 12‑Month Contract Extensions Locations: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA (Hybrid) Clearance: Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance A high‑profile government program is seeking an experienced Senior Application Systems Engineer (EL1 equivalent) to support and enhance a suite of commercial and bespoke ICT applications built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack. About the role: In this role, You will implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services. As an experienced Systems Engineer you will support commercial-off-the-shelf and bespoke ICT solutions spanning web/desktop applications, web services, and batch jobs built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Key responsibilities: Support and administer a range of COTS and bespoke applications Diagnose and resolve system issues and incidents Plan, test and execute patching and system enhancements Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs Technical experience: Candidates with experience across several of the following will be highly regarded: Enterprise administration of COTS platforms (e.g., LEX, TM1/COBRA, Jira, ArcGIS, Jade Investigator, Blue Prism, Kiteworks, Syncplify.me, SerraView) Windows Server & IIS administration, certificates, scheduled jobs, troubleshooting Basic Linux exposure.
